All returned items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging to qualify for a full reimbursement.

  Place the unit in its original protective foam and double-box the item to prevent transit damage to the precision internal components.

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package to our service center in Syracuse, New York.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and performance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
